Here’s the situation:
I have an executive who is a recipient of a terminated employee email account. The terminated employee email account is still active. Any calendar invites to the ex employee end up on executive user calendar. They can’t reject or accept the invite, so I manually delete it. If I don’t do this it continues to show a response needed on the iOS calendar that executive dislikes.
The event creator has made certain they removed the ex employee from recurring event. They even removed and readddd the necessary recipients.
Microsoft forums pointed me to requiring that the calendar event creator just delete this event and create a new one. I suppose this is a solution but I feel like this must be a common occurrence?
How do I remove this person permanently from the event?
Any insight or tricks would be appreciated!!
