No idea what to cut and what's wrong

Lime tree about 5 years old, I get lots of flowers that fall off, I have citrus feed I've tried Epsom sales but still get no fruit and yellow leaves. I've pruned but do I need to prune that left leg with the thorns? Thanks for any help
