Just curious as to how many of you got into NYU, and had to choose between a considerable amount in loans or rejecting their offer altogether
Post Body

My dad works for NYU Langone, but because he's a union member, he's ineligible for tuition remission (where 90-100% of your tuition is covered). Now it's either I take out about 200k in loans or don't go to NYU altogether. I also got into CMU - and others (for Computer Science), but cost is too much of a factor. I guess I'll just have to stick with CUNY, it feels like I worked so hard for nothing.

How many of you are going through this? And how many of you actually decided to take out loans to attend NYU?
