If we didn’t have such a disaster as an owner this is a great job with what the roster has in terms of young players. I don’t pretend to be a cap genius and we aren’t the bears in terms of having the qb, but there SEEMS to be young talent here. You have a few young guys on the oline, young rbs, wr, and have a good young lb core. Need more depth on the dline but overall if we weren’t the worst managed team in pro sports this job would have some juice
