Let's pretend that the MTA is extremely competent and expansion oriented and nimbys don't exist - what's a project you'd like to see done that isn't really talked about much. (I.e. not the 2nd Ave line, ibx, 125th line, 3 extension past new lots, 7 extension, n to LaGuardia, etc.)
Mine would be extending either the 2 or the 5 down to Floyd Bennett field and turning it into a mega development that can house 100,000 people. It's a big ass field that's relatively centrally located. (Brooklynites can learn to drive on the BQE, they'll be fine.)
