I'm looking to host a focused, dedicated, responsive fitness, yoga, and wellness buddy at my place in Morningside Heights two or three days a week.
I've had at-home fitness and wellness buddies before and worked with personal trainers. I know how to create realistic and challenging cardio, stretching, and somatic routines.
All I ask of potential respondents: (1) have the time and energy to commit to at least two ninety-minute workout sessions, no excuses. No ghosting. (2)be able and willing to travel, again, without excuses, and (3) know that this isn't in any way sensual, sexual, or provocative.
