I'm looking for a twice-weekly home workout (cardio and strength) male buddy on Thursdays and Sundays, maybe an additional day after work, 7 pm.
I've got mobile gym equipment at home, not gym machines: dumbbells, kettlebells, aerobic stepper, and resistance cords. If you're looking for extreme weight loss, this wouldn't be for you. This is for mild-to-moderate weight loss, conditioning, and toning over three months.
