I'd like to rebuild a viable Self-Care, Self-Help, and Wellness Network in Manhattan.
I'm looking for other men and women in and or around Manhattan who journal, meditate, workout, do yoga, and are on a nondenominational spiritual and wellness journey.
I'm also open to newbies/novices who want to begin their journey. The maximum would be three rotating wellness practitioners.
