I posted the first invitation in December and was accompanied by two great joggers, however, I didn't perform as well as I had hoped. I still learned a good few tips for jogging and I would like to try for it again. I've had several people reply on the old post showing interest weeks after the day, so I decided to post this one a week early.
About me: 27M, decently fit but taking up jogging as a way to increase stamina and help stay in shape as I approach 30. Would like to jog once or twice a week regularly until the weather gets too cold.
When: Jan 9th 11am. This is for the joggers. Jan 10th 11am. This is for the walkers. Be sure to dress warm but light!
Where: Prospect Park by Grand Army Plaza library
