So I'm wondering if it's normal for gays to generally date other people with similar finances?
I feel like in hetero relationships it's more normalized if the man is a higher earner than the woman and also normal if both make similar amounts of money.
I'm a 30s gay with a background in fintech and have around $3m saved, and not sure if I'd feel comfortable being in a relationship with someone who made a lot less than me because it would feel like I'd be the man in a hetero relationship when I'd want to be in relationship that felt more equal?
Not sure if that makes sense but anyone have insight and can relate?
