Recently broke up from a long-term relationship, so I’m getting a pretty strong push from the universe to stop being fat and unattractive as I get back into the dating pool which keeps reporting to me that I am fat and unattractive. lol.
I’m an attorney and tend to work long hours regularly, with occasional slow periods. My work schedule is generally totally unpredictable, so any sort of routine is really effin difficult. Historically, I haven’t been one to work out on the regular because frankly I don’t want to do it and have to force myself, and I generally don’t have the will power to force myself after an insane period of all nighters. All I want to do is sit on the couch or go out and party.
Anyway, with all that said, can anyone recommend a personal trainer that can tolerate/work with/be flexible with my ridiculous work schedule? I think that’s what I really need because frankly I don’t know what I’m doing and I’m not going to be efficient with it.
Also, I live in East Williamsburg and office in Midtown. That’s probably relevant.
