5 min walk to the 1 and ACBD at 145th Grocery store - cute bodega - coffee shop - multiple restaurants all lined up on Broadway around the corner.
No broker fee. $1,375. First and deposit. Bedrooms are 12x15ft.
I’ve lived here for a year - roomie is leaving. I love it here. Only 3 other tenants. Super chill, quiet street. I’m in the rooftop room, but happy to switch. I WFH. Introvert but happy to interact. Big closets. Lots of sunlight. No issues with landlord or bugs or anything.
