Hey everyone, I currently live in a TFC building in Hudson yards. There is a program to refer someone to the building and other TFC buildings and you get a 2k rent credit. If you wanna use my link I’m more than happy to split this rent credit with you.
I only get it once you sign the lease and then get an automatic rent credit so I’ll know once the money is received from the building.
