tl;dr Need PREP for free in the city, where can I get it from?
Quick question to all the NYC gays here. I wanted to get on PREP but I dont have an insurance plan that would cover my prescription. Don’t ask how or why, I’m puzzled as well. I’ve heard that some places offer prep free of cost in the city, does anyone have any recommendations of where I can avail of this?
Also do they offer prep injections for free too instead of the pills? I feel that the injectable prep may be better for me because I can put it once and forget about it until my next scheduled dose. Open to suggestions from those who have tried!
