I started to strength train three times a week…should I supplement it with Barry’s?

So I am 23 and have recently been training/gyming at a private gym near Flatiron since mid-Feb 2024. So far, I kind of like it. Currently, I’m 5’4 and weigh between 130-135 lb. I have a twink-ish build (skinny-fat) before I started. Do I notice changes? Not necessarily, but apparently, my friend does. So, I will take their word for it and continue to be patient.

At my private gym, we strength train three times a week. Day 1, we focus on barbell squats. On day 2, we focus on the barbell bench press (alternate incline/flat every other week), and on Day 3, barbell deadlifts. I do not do anything else, but I was thinking of adding some Barry’s class to supplement my training.

I have been trying to track my diet, and it is hard to know if I’m doing a good job since I started tracking two weeks ago. Before tracking, my primary focus was to be consistent and make it to these gym classes at my private gym.

My goal is to have a swimmer/male ballerina build. I know it would take years for me to get there, but I was wondering if supplementing with two Barry’s classes a week in addition to the three-day strength training be helpful in this journey?
