Because between all the circuit parties we gotta eat right? Or am I disqualified from the parties because I actually eat bread? 😳🤣

Here are some of my favorites. Heavily Brooklyn focused since that’s where I live, as do most of my friends:

Chez Ma Tante (Greenpoint): best pancakes I’ve ever had in my life! I feel like I never shut up about this place. Can be tricky to get a table but worth the effort

Bunna Cafe (Bushwick): I love Ethiopian food and this place is super yummy. A good “starter” place for people new to Ethiopian

Pitangabk (Bushwick): Recently discovered this place, very cute ambiance and has lots of vegan/vegetarian/healthier options

Cafe Colette (Williamsburg): this was my go to first date drinks spot when I lived in Williamsburg and now I’m back a lot for brunch. Not mind blowing but always solid, and it’s huge so you never wait long

Olea (Fort Greene): much more inventive than your usual overpriced Mediterranean food, and the cocktails are great!

Saraghina (Bed Stuy): I’m really picky about pizza and this place hits the spot! More traditional brunch stuff is really good too

I’m a big foodie this isn’t an exhaustive list, but it’s a start. Also love that all these places are usually PACKED with gays on Sundays. :) Looking forward to hearing some of y’all’s favorites!
