Bedbugs during COVID19
Post Body

Initially one apartment had bedbugs (I guess), but now it's spread and several have them, including mine.

The super asked me to throw out my furniture that had bedbugs. Obviously I want to get rid of the bugs, but I don't want to throw out my furniture and have to buy new ones.

If I end up needing to throw stuff out, from my own volition or otherwise, can I do a rent withholding for replacement? Do I have any way of getting compensation for disposing of my furniture?

Also, if you have any tenant lawyer recommendations, please dm me.
