The problem is also that even if given a living wage and more time at home they ARENāT going do any parenting because they expect āthe streetsā to teach them life lessons.

Crime would go way down if we start jailing the parents with the kids. Like if you donāt want to raise your kids then you have to accept the consequences of their actions too.
