Need advice selling assets in the area (Urgent)

Hi all, I’m looking for serious advice on a time sensitive matter.
Long story short, my incapacitated father’s pipes burst Christmas Eve and we’ve had to stay in a hotel since.
A plumber was finally able to come out and get the repairs done. Unfortunately, the damage was more extensive than anticipated and as a result, the repair cost greatly exceeded what I was able to pay.
I’m in dire need of advice on the quickest way and most reliable way to sell off my items quickly in the NWI area.
