Still experiencing a green flickering screen while playing Dolby Vision Content

I experience it regardless of the app (Netflix, Disney , Movies Anywhere) that's the three that I've used and the issue happens in all of them. I have tried pressing the home button instead of the back button but it still does it. I have tried 5 different hdmi cables (4 of which are 2.1 and 2 of those are "high" quality overpriced cables from bestbuy). I even went as far as returning the shield as I was within the return period and exchanged it for a new one and that didn't help either, the new shield does it as well. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated!

PS: I am using a Vizio P Series Quantum TV 2020 Model (P65Q9-H1)
