Troubles securing a 3080 in Europe(Germany), any advice?

So as the title suggests, I am having trouble securing a 3080. I ordered 1 ( XC3 Gaming ) on the 18th of September from Caseking but haven't gotten it yet. I've called and they mention that US is prioritized, etc. Most US websites only send to the US now and same with the UK. Also most trackers, only focus on the US markets. Since preordering, the price on caseking as went up 100€.

I check daily on other websites.

I wanted to get one (A decent one) for my brother for Christmas. But I don't want to pay scalpers. So any advice on how to many secure one or just give up and maybe wait until 2021 when the card actually arrives.
