Hello everyone

I just built my computer with RTX 2080-Ti and I connected it to my 43 inch television as a monitor, hoping to use it as a primary display. However, I am having issues with connecting as my operating system, Ubuntu, is having driver issues.

I finally decided to buy a new monitor for my computer. Can you please suggest me a decent cheap monitor to get my work done? I am not a gamer and I built this computer as a supplement to my Engineering workstation, though I might want to play once in a while. My budget is very low (within 200 $CAD if possible?)
