MSI Gaming X/Z or Palit JetStream/Gamerock

Buying a new card soon, either 2070 Super or a used 2080.
Which of those two cards (X/Z, JS/GR are each pretty much the same cooler wise) would you recommend? I can't find any benchmarks that stack them against each other really. Priority is noise, then thermals, then performance. Looks and RGB is a non factor.
