This started a few days ago, and I'm not sure why. Recently, if I want to play a remotely intensive game, I have to underclock my GPU (which is a 3 week old 1070, btw). Otherwise the game will just crash as soon as it passes the first loading screen and hits gameplay. This applies to GTAV, The Witcher 3, and Overwatch, along with a couple others. More annoying, is that after an hour or two, my game will crash and I'll need to underclock even farther to be able to play again.
Has anyone seen this problem, or knows of a solution? Thanks in advance.
Edit: I'm not sure if it matters, but Overwatch will actually give me an error saying "Your rendering device has been lost! Application closing." Not sure if that helps, but who knows.
