Should or shouldn't Nvidia give MGS V TPP to people who got the Arkham Knight via last promotion?

I'd like to see the opinion of the community regarding matter due to the broken state of the Arkham Knight at the release and at the moment.

I have few friends with 970's who are pissed at Nvidia that they are not providing a working game for their card purchases(most missed Witcher 3 promotion and yeah entitlement is bit high) while personally I am not that upset since I managed to finish the Arkham Knight by playing with ini files & tolerating the stutters, lags and crashes continuesly even tho I was using a 960 (fps did dropped to 1 fps in cutscenes sometimes tho). As I've said earlier I'd like to see the opinion of the community regarding this matter.
