Quietest 4090 in 2024?

I'm looking for the quietest 4090 out there - both in terms of fan noise (preferably one where the fans don't spin for normal desktop usage), and coil whine. Any pointers would be much appreciated!
UPDATE: Thanks a lot for the recommendations everyone! To sum up, here's what most people have recommended so far: MSI Slim, MSI Suprim, FE, and PNY XLR8
