Found this in my sealed 4070 FE box- has anyone else gotten anything like this? Who is Shaun? I’m very confused.

I got the card from my local Best Buy- the packaging hadn’t been tampered with and the tape on the outside hadn’t been broken. First time getting a FE card so I’m not sure if this is just a thing that happens or someone at the NVIDIA distribution center was playing a fun joke lol
