Fast question, 4070 2-fan or 3-fan

I know the bad pricing and blah blah blah blah, But I was thinking since I have a friend that is looking for one he’s running on a 1060,
Since I am still running on a 3080 3-fan, I know 3-fans are good,
But do the 4070 run fine on the 2 fan version, for you that run or have knowledge about 4070 2-fan
The reason for the post is there is a 75€ difference, And if he can save that, he could get an SSD to for more games
And thanks to those people that have some real input, to the question
