What is the difference between a Founders Edition and the other Nvidia GPU configurations?

I’m going to buy a 4070. However I’m seeing two very different versions of the same model. One has the “Gigabyte” logo on it and 3 fans. Another one is labeled “Founders Edition” and has the Nvidia card design with the one fan. I’m just wondering what’s the real difference between one and the other. They’re both for the same price and have the same GB amount. I’m just wondering what’s the difference between them and which one I should buy.

Edit: Ok. Went with the founders edition. Blender better lube up.
