OK so I'm pretty new to Nuzlockes. I have only attempted 2. And they both ended exactly the same way! Different games too!

First attempt was Hardcore Nuzlocke of vanilla Emerald - Lost to Champion Wallace's last pokemon Ludicolo who had double teamed the hell out of itself and became untouchable.

Second run was Hardcore Nuzlocke of vanilla Fire Red - Got shafted by RNG against Bruno and Agatha, meaning I had to get past Lance and Champion Blue with only Electrode and Golduck. To be honest, I thought the run was pointless continuing even from there but I soldiered on, thinking what the hell. Well I only got myself to Blue's last Pokemon Charizard, only to be Fire Blast critted and knocked the fk out. Was down to my Electrode and Alakazam's f*ing ability only went and paralysed me when I Thunderbolted it didn't it. I am pretty confident that my Thunderbolt would have one shot Charizard too if I wasn't speed dropped as a result of paralysis:(

I had fun with both of these runs but it's soul destroying thinking about going through all this again...
