I am in shock.

I was streaming the Pokémon Crystal Nuzlocke I've been doing on Twitch, last Monday, the 24th.

I made it to the Victory road, and thought it would take the whole stream.

I made it through in just under an hour, and decided to go ahead and try the Elite Four.

My team was ok. Not the best for challenging the Plateau with, but decent.

Polly, who at the start of the stream I evolved to Poliwrath. lvl 48 Icy wind for Will and Surf for Bruno

Pinky. The SlowBro who I was counting on to tank a fair bit. Lvl 52 Ice Punch, Fury cutter and Confusion.

Lil Groot. The Sudowoodo. Mimic and Ice punch were my plans for Lance. lvl 48 Fire punch for Koga, and Rockslide for anything flying

Draco. The Dragonair I evolved from the Dratini I was given after beating Claire. Lvl 49. I would have liked to have gotten it to Dragonite. Maybe in Kanto. Waterfall, Twister, Dragons breath and Extreme Speed. He is my all around fall back.

Cleo. Umbreon and a sheer MadLass. Lvl 50 Bite, Shadow Ball, Cut, Quick attack. She could deal with Will, and the Gengar Karen uses.

Ms. Feather. Noctowl and the weakpoint. I hope I don't have to use her outside of Bruno. Fly, Confusion, mudslap, peck. lvl 45.

This was my team that I picked to go into the challenge with.

I have not lost a Pokémon since Whitney. I was riding high on pride, and low on sleep.

I was not prepared.

Will was taken out easily. His Xatus fell to Icy Wind, and Cleo mopped up the rest.

Koga was next. Ms. Feather took out his Ariados. and Lil Groot slaughtered the rest of his team.

At this point I realize I have made a terrible mistake. Remember just above where I said I was low on sleep? I bought Full heals instead of Full restores. So I have 22 Full Heals, 2 max potions, 2 super potions, 12 berries, and 5 full restores. I heal up my team as best I can, and keep going.

Bruno was next. I wipe the floor with most of his team, until his Machamp.

I had Draco out, because his Onix got one shotted with a waterfall, and I wanted to get some experience.

CrossChop hits hard. As I watched Draco's life bar go down, I try frantically to remember if Cross Chop is a one hit K.O move.

It nearly was.

I swap out and send in Polly. Another Cross Chop. Critical hit, and Polly is in the red. I use a Full Restore.

Rinse and repeat.

4 more cross chops. all crits, and I full restore after each one. I have 1 more full restore.

I finally get a chance to hit, and a pair of surfs wash the Machamp away.

I use 4 berries to get Polly close to full, and the full restore to get Draco back up.

Now, it's Karen's turn. I can't remember all of her Pokémon going forward, and I'm riding adrenaline to get in.

Pinky is out front, and he leads off with and ice punch that doesn't hurt her Umbreon as much as I want it to. I start Fury cutter, and I'm building steam as she confuse rays me, and Pinky shakes it off without self harm. 3 faint attacks, and we are both hurt. If Pinky can keep the attack cycle going, Fury cutter will wipe Karen's whole team.

Faint attack, however, let's the user go first, and Pinky becomes the first victim of this challenge.

I keep pushing, and get Lil Groot to clear the Umbreon, and the Mukrow that follows. Then Vileploom. One of the two I couldn't remember. Cool. Lil Groot Firepunches. It barely hurts the massive HP that Vileploom is boasting. Petaldance is a one hit k.o. on sheer damage and effectiveness against Lil Groot.

2 down against 1 member of the 4. Now I'm sweating.

Ms. feather clears the Vileploom, Cleo takes Gengar, and Polly surfs the other Pokémon I forgot, Houndoom.

I do something that resembles healing up. Ms. Feather is at half health, Cleo and Draco are full, and Polly is 6 hp from full. I give Draco the last Berry to hold, and head for Lance. I can't remember one of his Pokémon, but I think he leads with Aerodactyl, so I put Polly First.

He doesn't.

He leads with Gyarodos, the one I forgot.

I try to icy wind it, because flying subtype, and it barely does 1/8th of the life bar.

Then I see it. My saving grace. A move I forgot that I kept on Polly. A plan forms quickly.

Because this is a Nuzlocke, I want to be able to keep Pokémon from running, or hurting themselves. So I kept one move on Polly from all the way back before Faulkner.

HYPNOSIS

I put Gyarados to sleep, and strength it out.

Hypnosis on Aerodactyl(after it wing attacks me), and surf. It wakes up and gets a wing attack off as I surf it again and leave our teams almost eve, with 2 pokemon down on each side.

The first Dragonite gives me some problems, trying to thunder wave me as I try to hypnosis it for a few rounds. But, at last, it falls asleep, and I use two Icy Winds.

The second Dragonite falls asleep amost before it's out of the pokeball. Two icywinds, and I'm beginning to have hope of winning.

Lance has 2 pokemon to my 4.

But Polly is getting low on PP for her moves. I have been healing HP only between battles.

I swap out and let Draco take on Charizard. A waterfall does good damage as a Hyper beam misses. A slash hits and so does the second Hyperbeam, but my third straight Waterfall does the trick, and now, it's Lance's last Dragonite.

I swap back, and put Polly in to keep the trend going.

Dragonite is asleep.

Icy wind.

Dragonite is still asleep and has less than half health.

Icy wind misses.

Dragonite is still asleep.

An animation plays.

The games only animate when your move hit right?

Time slows down.

Dragonite's bar creeps downward.

I did it.

I actually beat the Elite Four and Lance in a Nuzlocke of Pokémon Crystal. This is my first time making it to here.

Mary shows up, Lance trolls her by not letting me interview.

My Pokémon are recorded. I lost 2, Pinky and Lil Groot to the Indigo Plateau challenge.

I am the league Champ.

I don't know if I will continue this game or not, I may stop here. I have a Pokémon Emerald Stream that I need to catch up on. I may continue and explore Kanto. That remains to be seen.
