Dark Chocolate Question
Post Body

Hi, forgive me for the random question. I searched this sub, so if I missed it, I apologize.

But can anyone provide a list or chocolate brands that DO NOT use alkali or Dutch Processing, and have 70% cocoa options? This seems to be the desired traits for healthy chocolate (please let me know if I am incorrect).

Finding the Dutch Processing info from various brands has been the hardest part for me. Thanks!
