Sweet Potatoes - The Ultimate Starch?
Post Body
Seriously, these things are perfect in almost every way. Moderate glycemic index, great taste, and tons of Vitamin A, vitamin C, potassium, and calcium. The Okinawans ate purple Hawaiian sweet potatoes as the foundation for their diet, and those anthocyanins helped them become one of the longest living populations in the planet.
So, what do you guys think? Do you include sweet potatoes as a regular part of your diet?
