High Blood Sugar Diabetes and Sports
Post Body

I am an Amateur mma Athlete and train from 1-2 hours a day 6 days a week. I am 26 years old, I eat a healthy diet mostly plant based lots of fruit, veggies, healthy starches, legumes and some grass fed meats. I usually consume a relatively high carb diet 300-500 grams a day because it allows me to train hard. As of late though my blood sugar is out of control with my morning fasting blood glucose being anywhere from 92-100. Everytime I attempt a low to medium carb diet I feel slow and less energetic. What can I do to bring my blood sugar to normal. Carbs post workout mostly? Morning? Supplments? Lower carbs? Glycemic index? n Any advice? Also could it have something to do with morning hormones because I am young and healthy?
