I have two nutrition questions that I know I can google but the answers don't seem entirely cut and dry and people's opinions seem to differ - so, your thoughts, please π
Is it okay to eat two eggs most days?
Tinned beans (kidney, black, etc), are you meant to drain the liquor or eat it? My mum always drained and rinsed them in a seive saying the liquid is not good for you, but I've seen some TV chefs chuck it all in which feels weird to me. It looks gluey and gross. Maybe just starch?
Thanks in advance βΊοΈ
