Nuts are delicious, but they also require an amount of moderation I don't possess.
They are super healthy and have tons of healthy fats, but I get more than enough healthy fats from other sources too.
Literally just stopped buying nuts 6 months ago, and I've lost 3kg doing nothing else different.
