I exercise 4-5 days a week including weightlifting. I feel pretty good about my body but I would feel 100% if I could figure out how to lose that layer of fat. Is the answer just to be in a caloric deficit? Eat more protein (which I have a hard time with). I do eat processed sugar everyday a treat of some kind like cookie, ice cream, or chocolate.
Protein intake and diet. I've had trouble with protein intake and there are a couple of things that help. 1.) I'm drinking pasteurized egg whites as my smoothie base. It's been an amazing way to hit my goals. 2.) I've been making green juice at home. Something about it helps curb those sugar cravings. 3.) Stick to the weight lifting!! Less cardio and heavier lifts helped me kick that fat layer.
