Hey all,
I'm really confused right now. I'm having a hard time understanding how to calculate the percentage/serving size of a food group in relation to a recipe. Could someone help me understand how to calculate how many servings of vegetables (eggplant) are in a recipe for eggplant parmesan, for example?
