Ate 2 nutmegs, felt a weird feeling in my throat and a weak head high. I go to sleep and wake up and feel quite high. Try to shit but feels like I have loads let (I didn’t) and I have to eat breakfast with my family after. Regular type sunday nothing special. Got no visuals however I was wondering if dogs recognise patterns so maybe similar effect so weed where thoughts feel more important. All in all, it weren’t too bad!
