Soon to be a new grad (BSN) in Northern IL. I have 2yrs experience as a CNA at a Northwestern hospital (MedSurg). Currently applying for positions at Northwestern Medicine, Rush Copley, Swedish American. Open to various specialities but preferably not MedSurge. Anyone have any experience with working as an RN at these hospital systems? Pros/Cons?
