As a CNA, I'm sorry if I don't belong here but I just need to vent. The staffing ratio at my job is freaking atrocious. LTC isn't for the faint of heart but this is ridiculous. I just came back from maternity leave and I'm receiving passive aggressive comments for having to take my pumping breaks.
Like why is it considered a burden when I have to pump and yet no one complains when certain employees spend 20 minutes screwing off in the supply room?!? Like the majority of my coworkers don't have kids so they don't freaking get it!!! Then I get yelled at because stuff isn't getting done and it's like "I can't do everything!!!! Hire more god damn people!!!!". But no they won't hire more people because the corporate big shots need to buy another private jet. Sorry I had to let that out.
