how have you changed during your career?

With regards to food of course!
I grew up eating mostly Hispanic food (I'm white, my mother cannot cook!) but working with an all Pilippino CNA crew I quickly became fond of their food.
Working nights killed eating only "breakfast" food in the morning (oh my kids loved this and still quote me all these years later!).
Now I've cookbooks and recipes from around the world. I'm a long way away from the bland food I was raised on.
