What does your hospital/management do for abusive patients?
Post Body
I am a nursing student and am working on a project on how to help decrease the incidence of nurse abuse by patients in the hospital. At clinical's I see the posters/flyers notifying the patient that abusive behavior will not be tolerated, but you always hear that nothing is actually done about it.
So, is there anything that you have actually seen done to prevent or deal with an abusive patient?
Thanks!
