Experience does def trump everything else. And I agree, dont want to get myself into more debt. I did see there were some online programs but idk how I feel about that. I do wanna get the degree since it would only take about 12 ish months. However, I feel like maybe it would be much better in person tbh. I heard of Galen college too but yeah idk. There’s Texas tech too or university of Arlington. Yeah not sure.

No, I’m currently in my small hometown and the pay is $15 hr. It’s a private owned emergency hospital yeah they won’t pay for my school.
