If Trump decides to make cuts to medicaid and changes to medicare while also raising tarrifs will this effect out wages longterm? How will hospitals manage.

I’d like to hear from SANE nurses. I want to remain in ICU but I’m wondering if I could be of any benefit to get my certification, I’m curious if there are part time SANE opportunities to be like on call or whatever in addition to my full time position . I just don’t know much about it.
