As we all know, nursing is full of options and flexibility - can folks share what their work “set up” is like that gives you the work/life balance and/or lifestyle you want?
For example, I’ve heard of some folks who just have multiple PRNs, some in multiple states. Traveling could fit into this category as it’s temporary.
Curious to hear about other ideas around how folks set their work schedule up and what your specialty is. I currently have a FT in ICU and PRN in IR but curious of how I might switch that up. Thanks!
