Transferring to ICU

I am a RN in FL, with about 2.5 years of experience. 6 mo of that came from ER(loved the work, but wasn't run well administratively) I transferred to a Trauma ICU Stepdown/PCU, and now I am about to transfer to a mixed MS/T ICU. Any advice, tips and tricks, or must knows?
