License Lapsed and now I live in another state

So my Ga RN license lapsed, it's been long enough that I need to complete a reentry course. But now I live in Oklahoma. Has anyone stumbled onto a problem like this before? All of the Ga programs I'm finding require in-person stuff. Were you able to do clinicals in another state?
