My case is still open so I can’t say much, but I got slapped with a second degree felony due to a mental health crisis (postpartum psychosis). I’m currently waiting to hear back if the state will drop my charge to 2 misdemeanors (which I would plea no contest to) or drop it to third degree assault. I’m currently looking into BON attorneys in both AL and FL so hopefully I’ll be able to sit for the NCLEX, but what are my odds? Anyone else have something similar happen?
