Job Stress Dilemna

I have been a nurse for many years. I have worked Trauma, ICU, behavioral health, and now am in nursing administration for the first time in a SNF. And the drama! I never knew there was such drama in nursing administration. And I think I hate it. I have a personal history of some PTSD and am neurodivergent. So all this drama is particularly confusing and stressful for me. What I want to know from all you lovelies out there is…is that normal? Is the drama normal? I just don’t get it.
